Something wrong? Write to us.

Tell us your platform (iOS or Android), the app version, and what you were doing when it went wrong. A screenshot usually saves a round of questions.
Purchases
Something you bought did not arrive
Open the store screen in the app and restore purchases first — that resolves most cases, because your entitlements live with your Apple or Google account rather than on the device. If it is still missing, write to us with the receipt from the store.
Refunds
Apple and Google take the payment, not us, so the refund has to come from whichever store you bought through.
- App Store — reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play — your order history
If the store turns you down and you think the charge was wrong, write to us anyway and we will look at what happened on our side.
Your account and your data
There is no email address or password on a Cantle account, so there is nothing to reset. Your device holds an anonymous ID; the friend code in the app is how anyone else finds you.
To get a copy of what we hold, correct it, or delete your account and everything attached to it, write to [email protected]. Include your friend code — without it we cannot tell which account is yours. What we hold and for how long is set out in the privacy policy.
FILL: if the app has its own delete-account button, say where it is. Google expects an in-app route or a web form that does not require emailing anyone.
Moving to a new phone
FILL: describe what actually carries over and what the player has to do. This is the single most common support question a game with device-bound accounts receives.
Reporting a player
Display names appear on the daily leaderboard. If one of them is abusive, report it from the leaderboard in the app and it reaches us with the context attached.
Security
If you have found a vulnerability, write to [email protected] with enough detail to reproduce it, and give us a chance to fix it before you publish. We will tell you when it is closed.
